Begin at the top of a bump with your skis pointed across the hill, upper body facing down the flow line, and your legs flexed close to the body.

Slide down the side of the bump, simultaneously extending your legs and twist your feet to turn your skis down the flow line and down into the trough.

As your skis approach the next bump, flex your legs and scrub speed off by sliding sideways up the hill almost to the top--until you stop.

At the top of the bump, your legs will be flexed and the skis will be pointing across the hill.

Repeat this action from bump to bump, slowly. Then, speed it up. You will feel like a Slinky as you move down through the moguls.
