Take your pole straps off and
hold your poles like drum sticks in front of you. Cross them to make an X. Point
the X down the flow line, so that the center of the X is on a focal point far
down the hill.
Start with short turns down the flow line, tapping the
poles to signal a direction change.
- Keep the X on the flow line.
- Maintain slight shin contact--stay in the Sweet spot.
Each time you tap, direct your navel towards the center of
the X.
