Begin by doing a herringbone walk up a very shallow hill with little tiny steps off the inside edges just under the arch to heel of the foot. Turn up the volume and with each step, propel yourself up the hill. Add strong "pumping" with your arms.
Now, for the easy part With lazy extensions, skate down the flow line just as you did going up the hill. As you acquire the technique, turn up the volume and propel yourself more energetically.
